Never mind; you could rescue me... next time.
~ Rosie, explaining to Ronald about rescuing her next time.
Rosie

Rosie

Rosie the Rhino is Ronald's love interest who lives in Africa.

Physical Appearance

Rosie looks much like her interest Ronald, but has a lavender coloration.

Personality

Just like Ronald, Rosie has a female Tic Tic Bird on her back to help serve as her assistant to keep her comfortable. Throughout her encounter with Ronald, he attempted to attract her to help her love him, but several attempts resulted in a failure, causing Rosie to become disgusted by most of Ronald's attempts mostly in a goofy and clumsy behaviour. In spite of her disgusted reaction to Ronald, Rosie does not count as a genuine antagonist but rather an anti-heroine.

However, when her Tic Tic Bird noticed with Ronald in danger, Rosie felt shocked upon hearing Ronald in danger and rushed to the river where Ronald is at. She even helped save Ronald when he was stuck in a river thanks to her determination who helped save Ronald from danger, causing Ronald to finally fall in love with Rosie. This made Rosie even grateful of her after she rescued Ronald in danger.

Trivia

  • She takes the role of Juliet Capulet in the part where Ronald is singing like Romeo Montague.
  • She and Ronald are the only characters to play Shakespearean characters.
    • If one counts William the Weaverbird (named after William Shakespeare), then this would be another reference to Shakespeare.
  • Though she dislikes Ronald's goofy and clumsy behaviour, Rosie isn't counted as a villain. Instead, she is counted as an anti-heroine.
  • Rosie is most likely a white rhinoceros. However, in real life, rhinos that live in Africa have two horns unlike Rosie who has one horn.
